Ashwar Capital Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated to be a
parent holding company for ACG Group Of Companies.
The company particularly involves in heavy equipment and
machinery rental as part of the plan to restructure and
rationalize Safian Bata Sdn. Bhd. a clay brick manufacturing
company.
Ashwar Capitals Group Sdn. Bhd.
will be used to facilitate the investment made by Safian Bata
Sdn. Bhd. in the area of Civil & Building Construction,
Information & Communication Technology, Aquaculture & Livestocks,
and Property & Housing Development through ACG Builders Sdn. Bhd.,
ACG Academy Sdn. Bhd. ACG Homes Sdn. Bhd. and yet to be formed
ACG Farms Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
The structure of organization is organized to standardize the
management of the group in terms of activities and accounting
methods and above all to activate the sites and internal
infrastructures or existing equipments and facilities, which
were left behind for a long period of time.
Ashwar Capital Group Sdn. Bhd. will
be focused mainly on the activities of Heavy Machinery rental
based on the privatization of the heavy equipment by Safian Bata
Sdn. Bhd. in order to create the internal activities to the
group as well as to make ease the management in handling the
income of the company through a specific managerial care.
